2Services
Services are delivered as stated in their description. Start and completion times are estimates and depend on social network load and provider status. Read the description carefully before ordering.
3Link and profile
The profile or post must stay public until the order is completed. No refunds for private profiles, deleted posts or wrong links. Changing the link or username during delivery is prohibited.
4Duplicate orders
Do not place several orders for the same link at the same time. If a new order is placed before the previous one finishes, counting may be wrong and no refill or refund will be made.
5Payments
Deposited funds are used only for site services and are not refundable in cash. Fake receipts lead to account suspension. Admin payments are reviewed during working hours.
6Refunds
Funds for orders canceled by the provider or not delivered are returned to the balance automatically. For partial orders, the undelivered part is refunded.
7Refill
Refill is available only for services marked with refill and within the guarantee period. If the count dropped below the start count or the profile is private, refill is not performed.
8Account security
You are responsible for your password and API key. The password can only be reset via the linked Telegram. Suspicious activity may lead to temporary suspension.
9Prohibited use
Using services for illegal purposes, violence, hate or fraud is prohibited. Such orders are canceled and the account is blocked.
10Liability
The site is not responsible for restrictions, bans or account removals by social networks. Services are provided “as is”.
11Discounts and bonuses
Discount levels and referral bonuses are set by the administration and may change at any time. Bonuses are revoked in case of abuse.
